This is a very healthy low carb snack, or can be served as a side dish. Far too moorish, I have been know to scoff the whole lot by myself, in one sitting. Great hot or cold, good for parties, picnics or with a glass of beer.

Ingredients For spiced cauliflower

1 lgcauliflower

2 tspfajita seasoning

1 tspground coriander

1 tspground cumin

1 tspasafoetida

1 pinchsalt

1lime

1 Tbspolive oil
How To Make spiced cauliflower

1Break the raw cauliflower into small florets

2Combine all the other ingredients in a large bowl and toss the florets in the marinade.

3Leave the cauliflower in the marinade for about 1 hour whilst your oven gets up to temperature. Approx180c

4Turn your marinaded cauliflower onto a baking tray, spoon over any remaining marinate, and bake in the oven for 30 mins or until the cauliflower is cooked. It should be slightly crunchy but not burnt.

5Try and not to scoff the lot before anyone else gets to try it. Very hard to do but restrain yourself.
