This is a recipe that I have been making for years, I used to use regular cream cheese, until Philadelphia came out with the new cooking cream, it works so much better. These take no time to whip up and are gone in a flash!

Ingredients For short cut stuffed peppers

  • 1 can
    mild jalapeno pepper halves
  • 1 lb
    jimmy dean pork sausage, spicy or regular
  • 10 oz
    philadelphia cream cheese original cooking cream
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon, cooked and crumbled

How To Make short cut stuffed peppers

    Cook bacon and Crumble, Cook saugage, drain, then add in the cooking cream, stir in bacon, and fill each half with sausage cream cheese mixture,and serve.
