I've made this many times, and it's always a winner.Any brand of taco seasoning will do, and I usually make my guacamole from scratch

Ingredients For seven layer fiesta dip

16 oz. can refried beans

16 oz. sour cream

1/4 cup taco seasoning mix, from mccormick

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup prepared guacamole
-
1 cup chopped tomato
-
1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/2 cup sliced black olives

tortilla chips
How To Make seven layer fiesta dip

1Spread refried beans in shallow serving dish. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning until well blended. Spread over refried beans. Top with cheese, dollops of guacamole, tomato onions, and olives. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
