Ingredients For sauteed cabbage

  • 1 lg
    head of green cabbage
  • 6 Tbsp
    evoo
  • 8 clove
    garlic
  • 2 c
    water
  • dash
    salt and pepper

How To Make sauteed cabbage

    In a large pan, heat up your evoo (extra virgin olive oil) and saute your garlic cloves. When garlic has been softened, add your washed and cut up cabbage along with two cups of water.

    Cover the pan and bring to a boil than let simmer until cabbage is soft. You can add a little evoo and salt & pepper to taste.
