Ingredients For sausage stuffed mushrooms

  • jimmy dean breakfast sausage, i prefer hot
  • mushrooms, either baby bellas or white

How To Make sausage stuffed mushrooms

  • 1
    Clean the mushrooms and gently break off the stems to create a hole. (I try to buy the larger caps)

    Roll a piece of sausage (raw) into a ball and fill the hole.

    Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the sausage is cooked.
  • 4
    tip: I crinkle some aluminum foil on my pan before I arrange the mushrooms for baking so they don't slide all over the place.
