Ingredients For sausage stuffed mushrooms

1 boxprepared stuffing mix

1 lbseasoned sausage (like jimmy dean )

1 canchicken broth, unsalted

1 pkgshredded cheese
-
1-2 pkgfresh baby balla mushrooms

1 stickbutter, melted
How To Make sausage stuffed mushrooms

1mix stuffing mix with broth & butter. let set

2brown the sausage. when completely cooked, add sausage to stuffing mix. mix completely. add in a half pack of cheese, and mix

3remove stems from mushroom caps. (I save the stems in a freezer bag and use them later in hotdishes) stuff mushroom caps with stuffing mix. and place in ungreased cake pan. bake at 350 for 25 mins.

4sprinkle remander of cheese on top for cooked mushrooms and serve.
