Ingredients For sausage stuffed mushrooms

  • 1 box
    prepared stuffing mix
  • 1 lb
    seasoned sausage (like jimmy dean )
  • 1 can
    chicken broth, unsalted
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheese
  • 1-2 pkg
    fresh baby balla mushrooms
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted

How To Make sausage stuffed mushrooms

    mix stuffing mix with broth & butter. let set
  • 2
    brown the sausage. when completely cooked, add sausage to stuffing mix. mix completely. add in a half pack of cheese, and mix
  • 3
    remove stems from mushroom caps. (I save the stems in a freezer bag and use them later in hotdishes) stuff mushroom caps with stuffing mix. and place in ungreased cake pan. bake at 350 for 25 mins.

    sprinkle remander of cheese on top for cooked mushrooms and serve.
