Ingredients For sausage stuffed mushrooms

40fresh mushrooms, stems removed

1/3 cbutter, melted

10 ozbulk sage flavored sausage

1 Tbspchopped green onions
-
1 clovefresh garlic
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 Tbspfresh parsley
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
2 ozfresh parmesan cheese, shredded
How To Make sausage stuffed mushrooms

1Place cleaned mushrooms in a shallow baking dish; brush mushrooms with melted butter.

2Brown sausage, onions and garlic in a skillet; drain.

3Mix in pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese and cream cheese to sausage mixture. Heat to blend all ingredients and melt cheeses.

4Stuff mushrooms with filling and bake for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

5These can be made the day before and baked just before serving.
