1 pkg10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1/2 cricotta cheese, low fat

1egg, beaten

1/3 cparmesan cheese, grated

1/4 critz cracker crumbs
How To Make ricotta-spinach patties with lemon yogurt sauce

1Using a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended.

2Divide mixture into 16 balls and slightly flatten each one to form patties - approx. 1/2 inch thick.

3Heat a lightly oiled NON STICK skillet and cook patties until they are firm and browned on both sides - approx. 15 minutes.

4Meanwhile make dipping sauce by combining all ingredients until well blended.
