    ripe haas avocado - removed from skin, pitted and cubed
  • 1/2 md
    ripe tomato. chopped
  • 1/4 md
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    plus 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    olive oil
  • salt
    to taste
  • pinch
    cayenne pepper
  • pinch
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried parsley

How To Make ~ refreshing avocado cups ~

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, cayenne, paprika and olive oil. Taste and adjust to your liking. Toss in the cubed avocado, tomato, garlic and red bell pepper. Toss to coat with dressing,
