Joe had this at a Christmas party at work, he talked about it the rest of the day. So i thought i would make it for our holiday dinners. The person that made it for the at work party said they use it on hotdogs or polish dogs as well. We just used the scoop chips and the Beer Crackers. It's really good and i don't like black eyed peas lol

Ingredients For kat's redneck caviar

  • 1 can
    black-eyed peas
  • 1 can
    black beans
  • 1 can
    white whole kernel corn
  • 1 can
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 bottle
    italian salad dressing ( about 12 oz)
  • 1 1/4 c
    medium bell pepper( small diced)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make kat's redneck caviar

  • 1
    Drain the beans before adding to bowl, add the rest of the ingredients stir together and serve. Can be made a day or two ahead of time.
