rachel's vegetable bars

This is a great appetizer, and I used to take it to my Longaberger home shows when I was a consultant. It was a recipe a fellow consultant shared, back when Longaberger sold pottery cookie sheets!

Ingredients For rachel's vegetable bars

  • 1 pkg
    crescent rolls
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1
    head shredded broccoli
  • 1/2
    head shredded cauliflower
  • 3
    shredded carrots
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make rachel's vegetable bars

  • 1
    Lay rolls flat out on a cookie sheet, pressing seams together. Bake to package directions. Cream together cream cheese, mayo and ranch dressing mix. Spread over cooled crescent rolls. Sprinkle remaining on top of rolls. Cut into squares and keep in the fridge.
