This is a great appetizer, and I used to take it to my Longaberger home shows when I was a consultant. It was a recipe a fellow consultant shared, back when Longaberger sold pottery cookie sheets!

1 pkgcrescent rolls

8 ozcream cheese

1 pkgdry ranch dressing mix

1head shredded broccoli
-
1/2head shredded cauliflower
-
3shredded carrots

2 cmayonnaise
How To Make rachel's vegetable bars

1Lay rolls flat out on a cookie sheet, pressing seams together. Bake to package directions. Cream together cream cheese, mayo and ranch dressing mix. Spread over cooled crescent rolls. Sprinkle remaining on top of rolls. Cut into squares and keep in the fridge.
