How To Make potato skins
-
1Pre-heat oven 350. Take leftover baked potatoes and cut in half. Scoop out center, leaving about a 1/4 inch left in shell. (Save scooped out for fried potatoes for breakfast). Spray potatoes with cooking spray, or brush lightly with oil. Bake 20 minutes, or till lightly browned.
-
2Take potatoes out of oven and sprinkle with cheese, onion and bacon pieces. Place in oven again till cheese is melted about 10 more minutes.
-
3While the potatoes are baking make dip for them by adding as much sour cream and salsa together to taste! I do half and half. Can also use plain yogurt in place of sour cream!
