Deep Fry
Ingredients For potato dippers

2 mdbaked potatoes
-
oil
-
1 csour cream
-
2green onions, chopped
-
4 slicebacon, fried and crumbled
-
1/2 cfresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in a little butter

salt to taste
How To Make potato dippers

1Cut each potato, ( that has been baked) into eight wedges leaving skins on.

2Deep fry potato wedges at 400 degrees for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.

3Arrange fried potato wedges in circle on platter.

4Mix sour cream, onions, cheese, bacon and mushrooms together and bowl in center of potato wedges for easy dipping.

5Makes 16 potato wedge.
