Ingredients For portobello pizzettas

1/2of a 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach,thawed and well drained

1 1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese (6oz)

1/2 ccoarsely chopped turkey pepperoni or pepperoni
-
1 tspdried basil, crushed
-
1/4 tspcoarsely ground pepper
-
12fresh portobello mushrooms (3 to 4 inch)

2 Tbspmargarine, melted
-
fresh basil (optional)
How To Make portobello pizzettas

1Finely chop the spinach. In a mixing bowl combine spinach, cheese, pepperoni, basil and pepper; set aside. Clean mushrooms; remove stems. Place open side up on a lightly greased cookie sheet; brush with margarine. Spoon 2 tbsp spinach mixture into each.

2Bake in a 350 oven about 12 minutes or until heated through (Or place mushrooms on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes). If desired, garnish with fresh basil.
