My mom used to make these for parties and I loved them. I make them now for my hubby who gobbles them up.

Ingredients For pickle rolls

  • 20 slice
    of white bread
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 2 jar
    sweet gerkins pickles

How To Make pickle rolls

    Soften cream cheese.
  • 2
    Trim crusts off your bread slices. Spread a layer of cream cheese on your bread slice. Lay a gerkin pickle on top and roll it up in your bread slice. Repeat this for all your slices.

    Refrigerate your rolls until cream cheese is firm. Approximately 2 hours. Cut into round slices about 1/2 inch thick. Enjoy!
