Ingredients For pea and peanut salad/appetizer

10-14 ozfrozen peas, cooked, still slightly firm, cool

1/2 ptsour cream

1 can(small) spanish peanuts (about 1 1/2 - 2 cups)

1/2 tspgarlic salt or more to taste

1/2 tsphorseradish or more to taste

1/2 tsplemon juice

1/2 Tbspmayonnaise

1Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
