Ingredients For pea and peanut salad/appetizer

  • 10-14 oz
    frozen peas, cooked, still slightly firm, cool
  • 1/2 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    (small) spanish peanuts (about 1 1/2 - 2 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    horseradish or more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise

How To Make pea and peanut salad/appetizer

    Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.

    Very similar to recipe served in well known retaurant in Battle Creek, Michigan.
