Ingredients For party potatoes

  • 1-1 1/2 lb
    fingerling potatoes
  • 1 c
    fat free sour cream
  • 1
    green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c
    shredded fat free cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp
    turkey bacon bits
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make party potatoes

  • 1
    Heat 1 inch of water to boiling in a 3-quart saucepan. Add potatoes. Cover and boil for 20-25 minutes.

    Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients together until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.

    Drain potatoes and place a toothpick in the center of each one. Place potatoes neatly on tray around dip.
