Ingredients For party cheese ball

  • 2 pkg
    (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    pimento, chopped finely
  • 1 Tbsp
    green pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • cayanne red pepper, dash
  • salt, dash
  • 1 c
    or so, pecans, chopped

How To Make party cheese ball

  • 1
    Mix well, cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  • 2
    Mix rest of ingredients, except pecans. Add to cheeses and mix well again.

    Refridgerate overnight.

    Roll into ball and then into chopped pecans.
  • 5
    NOTE: Sometimes I roll into a log, then into pecans.
