These little, tasty, light, crispy cauliflower bites are a wonderful addition to any party platters; they are fresh and full of flavor. Served with a sauce for a perfect snack when paired with wine or beer. Please Note: It is important that the cauliflower is dry so that the breading will stick properly.

Ingredients For pan fried cauliflower

1 smcauliflower

2 lgeggs

1/2 cflour (use more if needed)

1 tspsweet paprika

1/2 tspsalt or to taste

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

extra virgin olive oil, for frying
How To Make pan fried cauliflower

1Clean and dry the cauliflower really well.

2You are only going to use the cauliflower florets, cut them and put aside until needed.

3In a small bowl, add your eggs and then beat well, set aside until needed. In another small bowl add the flour, paprika and cayenne pepper. Mix well, and set it aside until needed.

4Now steam the cauliflower for about 10 minutes. You want them firm not soft. Remove from pot, drain and cool.

5Pour a half-inch of oil into a large frying pan and heat to medium.

6Now that the oil is ready, dip the cauliflower florets in the beaten egg and then into the flour before frying on all sides.

7Serve with dipping sauce of your choice. Enjoy!
