Ingredients For oven baked falafels

2 csoaked chickpeas (use dried not canned if possible!)

1 tspbaking powder
-
1 mdonion chopped
-
4 clovegarlic
-
2 tspcumin
-
1 tspcoriander
-
1/4 tspred pepper flakes

2handfull fresh parsley
-
1handfull fresh cilantro
-
salt ad pepper to taste
How To Make oven baked falafels

1Soak dried chickpeas for 18 - 24 hours

2Preheat oven to 375F.

3Drain and rinse chickpeas and combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and well-combined.

4Spray foil-lined baking sheet with cooking spray.

5Shape into large, round tablespoonfuls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until dry and a bit firm to the touch.
