Ingredients For min's won tons

  • 1 can
    chicken or tuna in water, drained
  • 2
    carrots, grated
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c
    alphalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2
    green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 6
    won ton pastries
  • grated ginger, to taste

How To Make min's won tons

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin pan w cooking spray. Place 6 won tons in muffin pan, spray again w cooking spray. Bake in oven 8-10 minutes, or til crispy. Let cool. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Fill won ton cups w mixture, sprinkle w cheese. Enjoy!
