Ingredients For marinated mushrooms

  • 1 jar
    pimento peppers, drained and chopped
  • 12 oz
    mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1/2 c
    wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 bottle
    worcestershire italian dressing
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt

How To Make marinated mushrooms

  • 1
    Put in a large jar. Shake. Once a day shake and turn jar upside down. Marinate for five days.
