Ingredients For marinated cheese, peppers and olives

  • 1 c
    zesty italian salad dressing
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 12 oz
    (about 3 cups) cheddar or jack cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 2
    red bell peppers, ct into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 can
    (14 oz) whole pitted ripe olives or green olives

How To Make marinated cheese, peppers and olives

    In a medium bowl, combine the salad dressing, lemon juice, basil, oregano and garlic. Mix well.

    Add the remaining ingredients and Stir well to combine.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours to infuse the flavors.
