3 Tbspallspice

1/2 tspsalt

1/3 cmaple syrup

1 canpumpkin puree

1 pkgsugar-free cheesecake instant pudding

1 clower calorie cold milk
-
pecans or other nuts
-
graham crackers
-
biscotti
-
celery
How To Make low calorie pumpkin dip gluten free

1Combine the cream cheese, allspice, salt, and syrup in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

2Add the pumpkin puree and beat.

3Add the instant pudding and milk to a mason jar and shake until well blended. Let sit for 5 minutes in the fridge.

4Pour or spoon the pudding into the pumpkin mixture. Blend it in well.

5Place in a serving bowl and chill. Top with pecans or other nuts, if desired. Serve with your choice of graham crackers, biscotti, celery, or other ideas you come up with.
