Ingredients For jennifer's pierogi dough

2 cap flour

2 lgeggs, room temp beaten

1/2 tspsalt

1/3 clukewarm water
How To Make jennifer's pierogi dough

1In a medium bowl, combine eggs, salt and water, and add the flour.

2Knead until dough is firm and well mixed.

3Cover with an overturned bowl or loosely with plastic wrap and let rest 10 minutes to 1 hour.
