Ingredients For jennifer's pierogi dough

  • 2 c
    ap flour
  • 2 lg
    eggs, room temp beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    lukewarm water

How To Make jennifer's pierogi dough

    In a medium bowl, combine eggs, salt and water, and add the flour.

    Knead until dough is firm and well mixed.

    Cover with an overturned bowl or loosely with plastic wrap and let rest 10 minutes to 1 hour.
