Ingredients For jalapino poppers !!!
- JALAPINO PEPPERS:

6 mdjalapino peppers

6 Tbspricotta cheese
-
6 ozcream cheese
-
4 Tbspalmonds or walnuts

2 cvegetable oil
- TEMPURA BETTER:

3/8 cflour
-
1/8 cancornstarch
-
1/4 tspbaking powder
-
1/8 tspbaking soda
-
1egg white
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 cwater or light beer
-
1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsppaprika
How To Make jalapino poppers !!!

1JALAPINO PEPPERS:

2Using a sharp knife, cut a linghtwise slit down the center of each pepper. (DO NOT CUT THROUGH ). Remove the seed from peppers.

3In a medium bowl mash together ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and chopped nuts.

4One by one stuff each pepper with cheese mixture, until all are stuffed set aside.

5TEMPURA BATTER:

6Separate egg white. Beat until frothy and light (DO NOT OVER BEAT ), white should be vary liquid and should not reach a stage where a peak would hold.

7Fold all ingredients and beat only until smooth.

8Dip peppers into flour, then dip into Tempura batter. Fry in hot vegetable oil
