Ingredients For jalapeño poppers

  • 1 lb
    ground sausage (hot if you like)
  • 22
    jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make jalapeño poppers

  • 1
    Heat oven to 425. Brown sausage. Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
  • 2
    Combine cheeses and add browned sausage.
  • 3
    Fill peppers with mixture, put on large cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until browned.
