Ingredients For italian-style stuffed mushrooms

2 lblarge mushrooms, (about 2" each)

1/2 c(1 stick) butter

1/3 cchopped onion

1 Tbspchopped garlic
-
1 citalian seasoned dry bread crumbs
-
2/3 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
-
1 Tbspred wine vinegar
-
1/8 tspground black pepper
-
1/4 tspsalt
How To Make italian-style stuffed mushrooms

1Preheat oven to 425* Remove and chop mushroom stems.

2In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and cook mushroom stems and onion, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender.

3Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. In medium bowl, pour mushroom mixture over bread crumbs. Stir in cheeses, parsley, vinegar and pepper.

4Sprinkle mushroom caps with salt. On baking sheet, arrange mushroom caps; evenly spoon mushroom mixture into mushroom caps.

5Bake 25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and golden. 4 points for 2 mushrooms
