Ingredients For italian stuffed mushrooms...

4bacon, cooked & diced

24-30mushrooms, lager
-
1/4 lbground ham, cooked

1tomato, finely chopped

1 conion, finely chopped

1 cgarlic croutons, crushed

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
2 Tbspparsley,minced
-
1 1/2 tsporegano, fresh & minced
How To Make italian stuffed mushrooms...

1Heat oven to 425F.In a hot skillet cook the bacon until crispy.Meanwhile remove mushroom stems from caps & set a side stems.Minced half the stems & discard the rest.

2Add minced stems to the pan with the bacon & drippings. Saute for 2 to 3 mins, remove from the heat & stir the remaining ingredients.

3Firmly stuff into the clean mushroom caps.Place in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

4Bake for 12 to 15 mins or until the mushrooms are tender.
