The neighborhood girls are growing and hungry. To get them into a healthy habit without bankrupting us, I used this recipe. All it needs are goood chips.

Ingredients For hummus-easy/fast

1 cangarbanzos, with (1/2 the juice)

1 clovelarge, of garlic

1/4 ctahini paste
-
1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh(or 1/2 fresh lemon to taste)

1/2 tspcumin
-
1 Tbsppine nuts (roasted @350 x 10 min.)
How To Make hummus-easy/fast

1Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth.

2Top with roasted pinenuts and/or fresh tomatoes, cut up finely.

3Serve with fresh veggies or roasted chips. Pita or black bean chips are great with this.
