Ingredients For hummus

2 cupscanned chick peas drained but save liquid

2/3 cuptaheeni ( sesame paste)

3/4 cupfresh lemon juice

2 gloveslarge cloves garlic

1 tsp.salt

chopped fresh parsley
-
greek olives if wish

pita bread and or veggies
How To Make hummus

1use food processer to blend well chick peas, garlic, salt, Taheeni and lemon juice. If too thick add a little reserved juice from chick pea can . It should be thick but must blend well,

2Best made a day ahead so all flavors blend. Keep chilled

3to serve. garnish with some olive oil on top and chopped parsley, Great along with Greek olives.

4cut up pita bread either room temp or warmed. Can also add cut veggies
