I found this recipe in a newspaper 20 years ago and have been making it ever since.

Ingredients For hummus

2 canchick peas drained and rinsed

3 clovegarlic

1lemon juiced

1 Tbsplemon zest, grated

1/2 ctahini

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tspsea salt
How To Make hummus

1Put all ingredients in a blender or food prosesser and blend till smooth. add a little water if it is too thick

2store in air tight container in the refriderator. You can add spices and herbs that you like. Try some fresh dill and a little paprika.
