I could never get my children to eat spinach, so I made these spinach patties which my kids called Hulk Burgers because they are green, they loved them, and ate them faster then I could make them. Today my granddaughter is enjoying them.

Ingredients For "hulk burgers" spinach patties

1 lgbag of frozen spinach thawed

4lg eggs beaten
-
1/4 tspsalt and pepper

2 clovegarlic minced

1/4 cgrated parm. cheese

1 1/2 call purpose flour
How To Make "hulk burgers" spinach patties

1In a large bowl add your thawed and drained spinach. Mix in the garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Add your 4 beaten eggs. Mix well. Add your flour, slowly, and mix as you add. You will have a spinach batter.

2large frying pan, heat olive oil, 3/4 oilive oil, medium heat. drop by heaping teaspoon the batter, spread batter out with spoon, you should be able to fry 4 to 5 patties together. Patties should float in the oil. Flip patties over so both sides are a golden brown. drain patties on papertowel. serve warm or cold. Great for sandwich with melted mozzarella cheese on italian bread. Sooo good!
