Ingredients For hot onion fromage (hot onion dip)

  • 3 c
    onions, vidalia, peeled, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 c
    swiss cheese, shredded
  • cayenne pepper

How To Make hot onion fromage (hot onion dip)

    Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

    Combine the onion, mayonnaise and Swiss cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well and transfer to a greased 1 quart baking dish.

    Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake, uncovered, for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with a large dipping or other sturdy chips.
