This is another good dip/spread that I like to make and take to pot lucks. I've even been lazy and through it all in a small crock/fondu pot and it turned out great.

Ingredients For hot artichoke spread

  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c
    monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers ; grated
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 2 can
    (14.oz ea.) artichoke hearts ; drained and chopped
  • 4 oz
    can chopped green chili's ; drained
  • 1 clove
    garlic ; minced
  • 1 c
    chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 3
    green onions ; thinly sliced

How To Make hot artichoke spread

    In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients.

    Spread into a 1 Qt. baking dish or a 9" pie plate.

    Bake uncovered @ 350° for 20-25 minutes. or until top is lightly browned.

    Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions and serve with crackers and/or pita bread.
