Ingredients For hot artichoke dip

  • 2 can
    (14 oz) each, artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 bunch
    fresh dill, chopped (you can use dried dill to taste)
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make hot artichoke dip

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Drain artichokes, squeeze dry. Chop small, and place into a mixing bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Transfer to a shallow baking dish, or pie plate. Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers.
