1 tspred chilly sauce

1/3 tspdark soya sauce

1/2 tsptomato sauce

1/2 tspchopped garlic

1/2 tspginger chopped

1/2 tsponion chopped

1/3 tspwhite pepper powder

1/3 Tbspsalt

1/3 Tbspsugar

2 tspgreen scallions

100 gcooking oil

1 Tbspwhite sesame seeds

1/3 ccorn flour
How To Make honey chilli potato recipe

1Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into finger size pieces. Keep the fingers little thicker.

2Apply salt and corn flour to coat them evenly from all sides. Keep to set for two minutes.

3After that fry them till crisp golden. Remove on a absorbent paper to absorb any excess oil.

4Heat 1/2 teaspoon oil and fry ginger, garlic and onion till light brown.

5Add red chilly sauce, dark soya sauce, tomato sauce.

6Pour little water and simmer the sauce for one minute.

7Add salt , white pepper powder and small pinch of sugar.

8Pour the honey into the sauce and mix nicely.

9Fry the potato fingers once again in high flame and then add into the sauce

10Mix them nicely so that the sauce coat them evenly.

11Sprinkle some chopped green scallions and white sesame seeds.
