Ingredients For healthy tailgate pizza

1 lbground turkey breast or lean ground beef

1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
-
reduced-fat refrigerated crescent rolls

1 canlow-fat refried beans
-
2 cshredded mexican-style cheese, i used reduced-fat

1small can sliced black olives, drained
-
114.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained

1jalapenos, fresh, seeded, chopped

1/2 cscallions, chopped
How To Make healthy tailgate pizza

1Heat oven to 375. In lg skillet, over med-high heat, brown turkey or beef, if using beef, drai any fat. Unroll crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet.

2Press dough up sides about 1/2" to form a crust. Bake for 11 mins. Microwave beans in a microwaveable bowl 1 mins. Spread beans over crust.

3Top w/ ground turkey or beef. Sprinkle w/ cheese, tomatoes, black olives and scallions. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5-6 mins.
