Love this because it is so easy and you can make as much as you need and can control the heat as well. Great with chips to dip or even great on a bacon cheeseburger. Hope y'all enjoy

Ingredients For guacamole with fire roasted corn

  • **** this is for 1 ripe alvacodo, for each alvacado you use just double the other ingredients.
  • 1
    ripe alvacado, slightly mashed
  • 1/4 c
    fire roasted corn ( i used leftover from the night before, can just use whole kernel)
  • 1
    roma tomato, seeded and finely diced
  • 1
    green onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper(depends on how hot you want it)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    lime juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp
    sour cream

    Mix everything together and enjoy, store in fridge if you have any left over
