Green mango salad is a delicious appetizer and it has health benefits. A combination of ginger, mangoes, tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, green pepper, celery, sea salt and freshly ground pepper give you a taste that you would want to eat more and more. But most of all, I am looking at all the ingredients and that alone gives me a food that is healthy and good for your body. It is easy to make and just refrigerate. Ingredients For green raw mango salad

  • 2 lg
    green mangoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced ginger
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 sm
    green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced red onions
  • 1/2 bunch
    chopped dill
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly ground pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    diced celery

How To Make green raw mango salad

  • Ginger, diced mango, diced pepper

    Put all the ingredients together and mix it well. Marinate for at least 2 hours

    Put it in the refrigerator for at least an 2 hours. You can add more salt or vinegar if you want depends on your taste.
