Ingredients For garlic mushrooms

1/2 stickbutter

6 cbutton mushrooms

How To Make garlic mushrooms

1Heat the butter in a very large skillet. Add the mushroom and fry gently for 10 minutes.Cover for couple of minutes then stir to assist in the steaming process

2Turn up the heat and add the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the liquid has evaporated and the steaming is done. About another 5 minutes

3Squirt the lemon juice over the mushrooms and stir
