These appetizers are simple but delicious. You can top them with basil or parsley and use Mozzarella instead of parmesan. Makes alot or as little as you need.

1loaf baguette-style french bread

1 or 2roma or any kind of plum tomatoes

parmesan cheese, grated

salt & pepper
-
garlic powder
-
olive oil
How To Make fresh tomato parmesan appetizer

1Cut the bread into thin slices with a sharp serrated knife. On each slice, place one thin slice of tomato, grated parmesan, salt & pepper to taste, and a dash of garlic powder.

2Drizzle with small amount of olive oil over the tops. Broil until warm and the cheese is heated, so watch closely not to burn. Serve warm.
