This recipe calls for all fresh ingrediants. And so easy to make! Serve with chips or top in on your favorite mexican food. Very important that you use just ripe avocados to get a good flavor and consistency. Never judge by color, but rather with the way they feel. You want firm but soft enough to leave an indention when you squeeze them. ;-)

Ingredients For fresh guacamole!

4avocados, ripe

2roma tomatoes, diced

1/2small yellow onion, finely chopped

2jalapenos, fresh. seeded and finely chopped

1 Tbsplime juice

garlic salt
-
black pepper
-
1 Tbspcilantro, fresh
How To Make fresh guacamole!

1Cut avocados in half and remove seed. Spoon out into medium sized bowel.

2Mash avocados. Then add garlic salt and black pepper to taste. (I add a little at a time and sample along the way) Add fresh vegetables, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.

3Serve with chips! Makes approx 2 cups.
