    olive (or cooking) oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 c
    romaine lettuce mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    thinly sliced unpeeled cooking apples (such as mcintosh)
  • 1/2 c
    dried cranberries
  • 1/2 c
    sliced almonds, toasted

How To Make fall apple salad

    Combine first 5 ingredients in small cup.
  • 2
    Combine remaining 4 ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil mixture. Toss.
