This recipe came from a cookbook called "Fit for a King". It is supposed to have been one of Elvis's favorite foods. My friend's son called them Elvis Burritos. The name stuck and this is what we have always called them.

Ingredients For elvis burritos

1 pkgflour tortillas

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 pkghidden valley buttermilk dressing mix

3 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled

10 ozfrozen spinach, thawed and drained
How To Make elvis burritos

1Thaw and drain the spinach well. I squeeze dry in paper towels.

2Combine all ingredients except tortillas.

3Spread a few spoonfuls of mixture evenly over tortillas. Roll them up.

4Wrap in moist paper towels. Place in ziplock bags. Chill. When ready to serve, slice into 12-inch slices.
