My family loves this healthy alternative to guacamole. I happen to love Guacomole but the fat content is so high. Add chips or cut up vegetables. Enjoy and don't feel guilty.

Ingredients For edamame broccomoli

1avacado, peeled and diced

1broccoli crown
-
112-16 oz bag of shelled edamame
-
1small container or jar of pico de gallo

1/4 colive oil

1 tspgarlic powder or to your taste
How To Make edamame broccomoli

1blanche the edamame and broccoli crown in rapidly boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then remove to ice bath.

2Combine avacado,edamame,broccoli,olive oil and garlic into a food processor and combine until desired texture.

3Remove mixture from food processor and combine with pico de gallo. Serve chilled with your favorite chip or veggie.
