2 pkgcrescent rolls

2 pkg(8 oz. each) cream cheese

1 pkg1-oz. pkg ranch dip mix

1/2 cbroccoli
-
1 mdgreen bell pepper
-
1 mdred bell pepper
-
1/2 cmushrooms
-
green onions
-
1 smcan chopped black olives
-
1 cancheddar cheese, finely grated
How To Make eat your vegetable bars

1Spread crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Pinch or roll the perforations together. Bake according to pkg. instructions until golden brown. Cool crust.

2Blend cream cheese and dry ranch dip mix together until well blended. Mince all of the veggies. Spread cream cheese mixture on baked crescent roll dough. Carefully spread minced vegetables over the cream cheese and lightly press down.

3Top with grated cheese and refrigerate. Cut into 1" x 2" bars before serving.
