These are easy appetizers for impromptu gatherings or when you want something with wine before dinner. These yummy nibbles are quick and easy and a hit with both my family and friends.

Ingredients For easy mini feta and artichoke tarts

1 boxfrozen mini fillo shells ( 15 )

2 lgeggs

1/2 ccrumbled feta cheese

1 jar(6 1/2 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
How To Make easy mini feta and artichoke tarts

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the still frozen fillo shells on an ungreased baking sheet.

2Place the eggs, cheese and artichoke hearts in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk well to blend. Spoon the egg mixture into the shells.

3Place in the preheated oven, and bake, uncovered, for 20 mins. Remove and serve.
