Easy shortcut .. buy a bag of coleslaw in produce. Saves time has a good mix already no need to bust knuckles grating carrots lol You can add diced meat to them. We like them just with the veg. Great with hot mustard and duck sauce. We take leftovers and put in the air fryer to reheat. About 2 minutes and it's just as hot.and crispy.as when they were hit out of the oil

Ingredients For easy fast egg rolls.

  • 1 pkg
    egg roll or wonton wrappers
  • 1 pkg
    coleslaw no dressing
  • ground ginger, garlic salt pepper
  • oil

How To Make easy fast egg rolls.

    Wash slaw and press out water.

    Place in microwave bowl and sprinkle on the ginger garlic salt pepper to taste

    Microwave 1-2 minutes to kinda precook. Ya don't want to cook it all the way just a tad

    Mix slaw well and place a good amount on the wrapper. Have the wrapper with one corner facing you. Place slaw about 1 inch from the bottom corner Fold the bottom over and then each side and roll up.

    Moisten fingers and seal edges.

    When oil is hot place egg rolls in and turn to brown each side. Drain off and enjoy
