Another old recipe I came across, and thought I would share! My sister and I have been making this for years! We made this as teenagers at home, so I'm sure it was a recipe of Mom's. Who knows where she got it??? This is delicious! So easy too! Enjoy!

Ingredients For easy artichoke dip

  • 14 oz
    artichoke hearts, canned
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder to taste

How To Make easy artichoke dip

    Drain artichokes and chop coarsely. Mix all ingredients together.

    Spread into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot!!!
